Hi everyone and welcome to my first ever blog. I’m sure it will take me a little while to figure this all out but I guess I have no where to go but up! So, let’s start with a little bit of history. I have been married to my husband, Rich, for 42 years. We have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. I was born in the big city, raised in the burbs and for the past 20 years we have lived on a farm in the country in North Central Illinois. I guess this is where we are going to stay!
I found my way to the internet quite by accident about 5 1/2 years ago while job hunting. I’ve only recently started seeing some success for my efforts. It has taken me a long time to “get this”! I came into this as new as a newbie can possibly be. I had no idea anything like internet marketing and working from home on the internet even existed. I was totally amazed – it was like a whole different world and actually I guess it is. I knew absolutely nothing about anything internet related so of course I have made a lot of mistakes and done a lot of dumb things along the way. Those would be my “growing pains” and they were painful but I learned some valuable lessons and moved on. I guess you could say I have a stubborn streak in me that just won’t let me quit. I just keep thinking that if other people can do this then so can I!
Being a kind of quiet, keep to myself, type of person I wasn’t really comfortable with the idea of blogging. That being said I also realized that if I am ever going to really succeed in this industry I need to put myself out there more and I thank Randy Tessar for giving me this opportunity and the little push that I needed to get started.
